Calling All Kitchen Kings: Annual Men Who Cook Fundraiser

Set for October 18

SPLENDORA, TX – The Splendora Education Foundation is heating the culinary scene and inviting all local chefs, grill masters, and culinary enthusiasts to participate in its annual Men Who Cook fundraiser, scheduled for Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 6:00 PM at The Atrium Center in New Caney.

This one-of-a-kind event brings together community leaders, business owners, and home-cooking heroes to serve up their signature dishes—from appetizers to entrees, desserts, and even specialty drinks. Each chef team will prepare sample-sized portions for over 250 attendees, all while competing for the coveted title of crowd favorite.

“This event is a fan favorite because it combines great food, great people, and a great cause,” said Katie Key, Coordinator of the Splendora Education Foundation. “Every bite helps us raise funds that go directly toward classroom grants, student programs, and other educational initiatives in Splendora ISD.”

Participation is free for chefs, and all teams are encouraged to bring their creativity with themed table displays. The event is adult-oriented and promises a night full of fun, flavor, and fundraising.
